Initial results from comparing four platelet-collagen interaction inhibitors with potential antithrombotic properties, under arterial shear rates, indicated: (1) Revacept's thrombus-inhibition primarily occurring on highly GPVI-activating surfaces; (2) 9O12-Fab exhibiting consistent but partial inhibition of thrombus formation on all surfaces; (3) Syk inhibition demonstrating a greater antithrombotic effect compared to GPVI-directed interventions; and (4) 6F1mAb's 21-directed intervention showcasing the strongest inhibition on collagens where Revacept and 9O12-Fab were less potent.
