Using a newly developed metaheuristic approach, the Snake Optimizer (SO), this paper describes two intelligent wrapper feature selection strategies. A binary SO, labeled BSO, is formulated using an S-curve transformation function for managing binary discrete values within the frequency spectrum. For better exploration of the search space by BSO, a probabilistic switch governs the integration of three evolutionary crossover operators: one-point, two-point, and uniform. The newly developed FS algorithms, BSO and BSO-CV, are deployed and evaluated on a COVID-19 dataset from the real world, supplemented by 23 benchmark datasets, representing different disease areas. Evaluation across 17 datasets confirmed the experimental results: the improved BSO-CV outperformed the standard BSO in both accuracy metrics and running time. In addition, the COVID-19 dataset experiences a 89% reduction in dimensionality, whereas the BSO method results in a 79% reduction. The BSO-CV algorithm's performance was scrutinized by contrasting it with modern wrapper-based feature selection methods including the hyperlearning binary dragonfly algorithm (HLBDA), the binary moth flame optimization with Levy flight (LBMFO-V3), the coronavirus herd immunity optimizer with greedy crossover operator (CHIO-GC), and four filter methods that showcased greater than 90% accuracy on the majority of benchmark datasets. The COVID-19 pandemic significantly increased the necessity of urban parks for both physical and mental well-being, though its effect on the utilization of parks remains uncertain. The urgent need to understand the pandemic's impact and its contribution to these issues is paramount. In Guangzhou, China, we investigated urban park utilization before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, leveraging multi-source spatio-temporal data, and then formulated regression models to assess relevant determinants. Our analysis revealed a significant decline in urban park usage due to COVID-19, coupled with a worsening of spatial disparities. Residents' limited movement and the decline in urban transport significantly hampered the effective use of parks throughout the city. Residents' growing demand for nearby parks, in turn, amplified the importance of community parks, thereby exacerbating the effects stemming from the unequal distribution of park resources. City authorities are advised to elevate the efficiency of existing park facilities and to place community parks optimally at the fringes of the urban area to ensure better accessibility. Cities adopting a comparable urban design to Guangzhou should craft urban parks strategically from a multi-faceted perspective, considering the disparities across sub-city regions to effectively address the current pandemic and future uncertainties.

In traditional and contemporary Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, which are used to share data among stakeholders like patients, physicians, insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical researchers, there are security and privacy issues associated with their centralized architecture. Employing encryption, blockchain technology provides a robust framework for protecting the confidentiality and safety of electronic health records. Subsequently, this technology, being decentralized, avoids the risks of central failure and central points of vulnerability. Employing a systematic literature review (SLR), this paper investigates existing blockchain-based approaches for elevating privacy and security within electronic health systems. The study sought to delve into the influence of moderators in these online forums, focusing on their capacity to encourage peer assistance while simultaneously minimizing potential risks and augmenting positive user experiences. Interviews were conducted with a group of moderators from the Togetherall peer support platform to gain qualitative insights. Regarding the daily activities of the 'Wall Guides', also known as the moderators, their reported positive and negative experiences on the platform were examined, along with the approaches they used to tackle issues like a lack of engagement or the posting of inappropriate content. The data underwent qualitative thematic analysis, with consensus codes guiding the process, resulting in final outcomes and representative themes. This research included the accounts of 20 moderators, who detailed their experiences and commitment to following a uniform, shared protocol for addressing regular situations in the online community. Many participants described the deep connections that emerged in the online community, the helpful and thoughtful support members offered each other, and the satisfaction gained from seeing members' recoveries progress. Reports indicated the presence of aggressive, sensitive, or inconsiderate comments and posts on the platform from time to time. The 'house rules' are preserved by either removing or revising the upsetting post, or by contacting the person who has been harmed. Finally, numerous individuals detailed the strategies they use to encourage member participation and provide support to all platform users. The critical contribution of moderators in online peer support groups is highlighted in this study, demonstrating their ability to both amplify the positive outcomes of digital peer support and to reduce the risks faced by users. The Australian Guide to FASD Diagnosis provided the criteria for this study, which sought to evaluate a diagnostic assessment for FASD in young children. Ninety-four children, three to seven years old, who exhibited or were suspected of prenatal alcohol exposure, were directed to two specialized clinics for FASD assessment in Queensland, Australia.
A substantial proportion (681%, n=64) of children interacted with child protection services, and many children resided in either kinship (n=22, 277%) or foster (n=36, 404%) care. Of the children, forty-one percent identified as Indigenous Australians.
