The majority of studies examining earthquake survivors' experiences conclude after a two-year follow-up, hindering our understanding of the sustained effects of earthquake-related post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). A decade-long study revisited the lives of those affected by the 1999 Izmit earthquake in Turkey. A 10-year evaluation of 198 Izmit earthquake survivors (N=198) who were assessed for PTSD/partial PTSD one to three months and eighteen to twenty months post-earthquake, was conducted between January 2009 and December 2010. Symptom quantity and type, as assessed by a Turkish PTSD self-test based on DSM-IV criteria, determined whether an individual met criteria for full PTSD, stringent partial PTSD, lenient partial PTSD, or no PTSD. A substantial decrease in the incidence of full PTSD was observed, transitioning from 37% prevalence in the 1-3 month post-earthquake period to 15% between 18 and 20 months later. However, this observed reduction was not detected at the 10-year mark. The occurrence of avoidance symptoms in the period between one and three months following the earthquake was the strongest predictor of full PTSD ten years later, with a p-value less than 0.001. Post-traumatic stress disorder with a delayed onset was observed in only two percent of the participants. Manual review of reference lists was conducted to locate pertinent articles. Studies involving patients with a primary diagnosis of BD, published in English, and utilizing a clearly defined rating scale for resilience measurement were selected for the study. Case reports, systematic reviews, and conference articles were excluded from the studies. After the removal of duplicate records from a total of 100 initial records, the systematic review process successfully included 29 articles. Data extraction yielded information on the number and classification of subjects, their demographic specifics, the resilience measurement scale(s) utilized, and their correlated clinical aspects. Resilience in individuals with BD was correlated with distinct psychopathological traits, specifically lower levels of depressive and psychotic symptoms, less rumination, hopelessness, impulsivity, and aggression, coupled with fewer depressive episodes and suicide attempts. The effects of childhood trauma on depression, and quality of life, were mediated by resilience. Ionic-liquid polymer poly[Se-MI][BF4 ], containing carbonyl (C=O), selenium (Se+), and tetrafluoroborate (BF4-) ions, was designed to maintain stability during the entire fabrication process of the device. Lead and iodine (I-) ions, along with the coordination of C=O and Se+, contribute to the stabilization of lead polyhalide colloids and the compositions of perovskite precursor inks, maintaining stability for over two months. Through the strategic anchoring of Se⁺ at grain boundaries and the passivation of defects by BF4⁻, the dissociation and migration of I⁻ ions within perovskite films are effectively controlled. This study focuses on the lowest concentration of ECL luminophore needed to visualize single entities. Our results demonstrate the feasibility of recording ECL images of cells and mitochondria at concentrations ranging from nM to pM. A few hundred luminophores diffusing freely around the biological entities is the consequence of a concentration that is seven orders of magnitude less than the amounts commonly used classically. Despite this, the negative optical contrast in the ECL images is exceptionally sharp, as quantified by structural similarity index analysis and further supported by the estimated ECL image acquisition time.
