A dipteran insect, black colored soldier fly (BSF), exhibits outstanding power to transform natural waste into proteins and lipid resources, and so, much interest has been shown on it. However, information of fundamental biology of BSF continues to be limited besides its recycling efficiency. In this work, we present a complete proteomic database of BSF after all instars (before prepupa). We further formulated the paths corresponding to BSF development and built a relationship with the current hereditary database. To make this happen, we investigated the proteomics of BSF during various durations.
